"Árbol," a course in American Spanish, consists of five levels corresponding to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages: A1, A2, B1, B2, and C1.
Each level has three booklets, each of which is designed for an intensive Latin American Spanish course of approximately 20 hours—which can be completed in a week or adapted to the needs of any Spanish program. In other words, each level ( A1, A2, B1, B2, and C1 ) entails a total of 60 hours of instruction.
The courses in this collection serve as complementary guides for dynamic, knowledgeable instructors, providing students with ample opportunity for interactive and spontaneous conversation practice.
The course takes its name from the magnificent, massive Guanacaste tree in Costa Rica, where the program was developed. The books offer a variety of engaging topics for conversation, grammar, reading, and writing, allowing students' language skills to grow as strong and impressive as this magnificent tree.

El curso de español americano, Árbol, consiste en cinco niveles que corresponden al Marco Común Europeo de Referencia para las lenguas: A1, A2, B1, B2 y C1.
En cada nivel se encuentran tres libritos, cada cual está diseñado para un curso intensivo de español latinoamericano de aproximadamente 20 horas que se puede finalizar en una semana, o bien modificarlo según las necesidades de cualquier programa de español. Es decir, cada nivel (A1, A2, B1, B2, and C1) dura un total de 60 horas de enseñanza.
Los cursos de esta colección actúan como guías complementarias para profesores dinámicos y conocedores que brindan a los estudiantes mucha práctica de conversación interactiva y espontánea.
El nombre del curso está inspirado por el exquisito y enorme Árbol de Guanacaste en Costa Rica, donde se desarrolló el programa. Los libros brindan una variedad de interesantes temas de conversación, gramática, lectura y escritura, para que las habilidades lingüísticas de los estudiantes puedan crecer hasta ser tan fuertes e impresionantes como este magnífico árbol.
